Group Sound Healing Meditation
Join us for our Friday Night Group Sound Healing Meditation and unwind from the week in a space of deep relaxation and renewal. Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, drums and other healing instruments as they gently guide you into a meditative state. This experience is open to all—no experience needed. Simply come as you are, lie back, and allow the sound to restore balance to your body, mind, and spirit. ✨
