In 1983 I was active in the “I AM” and St. Germain groups out of Mt. Shasta and I lived on the edge of the Trinity Alps Wilderness in S. Oregon for 20 years. I first water colored their Chakra system and began air-brushing wall hangings. People requested the rainbow system, so I started painting them and included the three-fold flame in the heart, which came from the “I AM” system. In the meantime, I started practicing Kriya Yoga meditation every morning for one to two hours.
I moved to Sedona in 1991 and my Chakra slowly began to be received by the different spiritual groups and healers. I quickly became involved with sacred geometry and began incorporating it into my work, at that time my Chakra Panels were the only ones available that I know of. My Chakra Panels stand apart from the printed pieces that are sold now in that they are hand done and therefore have energy transmitted to them. For this reason, I keep my mind as clear and meditative as possible when painting and I listen to chanting and high vibrational music to set the mood.
The Yantra Chakra panels reflect the symbols Kriya and Tantra Meditation. Each gold symbol is a Sanskrit letter that expresses the sound that each Chakra makes when it is clear and spinning. The downward pointing triangle is the Solar Plexus Chakra comes together the upward pointing triangle in the Throat Chakra to form the Star of David in the Heart Chakra.
