As I stand near the rippling creek at the base of Sedona’s Cathedral Rock, I send my heartfelt prayers to all the bodies of water;
The oceans, the rivers, the streams, the lakes, the ponds, the rainforests, the bodies of water within every cell, the water within every animal, plant, tree, within the veins of the earth, the sky, the atmosphere and the seas. The waters of Mother Earth know no boundaries and borders, but are as One Body, One Voice, One Song…
a liquid crystalline love so pure, simple and elegant,
the carrier of light and all of life.
Ho’oponopono, the ancient Hawaiian method of healing also plays through me as a clearing and cleansing chant.
“I am sorry.
Please forgive me.
I love you.”
“I am sorry for any trespasses and afflictions of any toxic thoughts, words, attitudes, beliefs and deeds known and unknown, seen and unseento have ever sourced and caused any toxic spills (physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually) to overflow into the waters of life.”
“Please forgive me. I may think I may know what may have caused things to appear on the surface as they do, but please forgive those things that are both conscious and unconscious which may have accumulated and linger beneath the depths of knowing.”
“Thank you Great Spirit, for I have full faith and trust
Thy Will Be Done, and through You,
miracles are possible.
I see pure, clear, pristine waters and life which supports life.
Hand and hand we walk a sacred bountiful journey, in nourishment, honor and respect and live as One.
Everyday, I will notice little and big ways in which I can love more, honor more, respect more deeply and fully and make effective changes in partnership with Nature and living in harmony and balance.
Together, with all of life,
we co-create together peace upon the planet.
Divine order, wisdom and well being is manifest for all.
“I love you.”
We can shine light upon the honoring of the Earth, her waters, her habitats, her resources (both external and internal), her children, the health and livelihood of every man, women, child and animal by creating a Sacred Earth Altar.
Creating an altar can serve as a sacred focal point, carrying the power of prayer and healing to and throughout all dimensions of time and space. You can choose to create
a Sacred Earth Altar to be as simple or elaborate as you are moved to. You can locate the altar in a place which you feel deeply connected to such as in nature, a bedroom, a meditation room, a healing room, etc.
The most essential ingredient is to feel into the purpose, intent and meaning for the creation of the altar. Then select items, pictures, symbols, geometric forms, words, natural objects, colors, shapes, elements, etc. which truly align and resonate with and express this feeling. Allow Spirit to move through you and guide the design of your altar accordingly.
See the Sacred Earth Altar as a portal for your love, prayers and healing.
