Hi :) I just have to say that I love the Infinite Spectrum of Light meditation cd!! I use it all the time. When I am tired, I often go down stairs to my healing room and listen to the cd…afterwards, I feel relaxed and rejuvenated as if I took a two hour nap.
I just wanted to let you know…Oh, I also use it when I teach Reiki I so that my clients can “feel, see, experience” the different energy bodies and the charkas.
