I had a major heart attack. i have to wear a life vest monitor/defribulator for three months. I have other health issues and am full of fear, anxiety, depression. I only have an incredibly sressful part-time job at night so financially challenged also. I relapsed and failed to quit smoking. I have to quit and for good this time. please help strengthen me
