My first introduction to the true meaning of unconditional love was through my first Reiki session. I had heard that phrase before, but hearing and experiencing are two totally different things. I was uncomfortable with the very thought of allowing a stranger to actually touch me. However, I was very curious about Reiki.
Each person must decide what type of experience is right for them. The online mass marketing approach to teaching Reiki and attuning people is just not for me. Reiki is much more than that to me, and I feel students deserve more than that. We help the students who come to our classes for training to have a deep and meaningful experience by creating a very special, sacred Reiki experience that will be a fond and loving memory forever. I simply am passionate about providing quality experiences for students.
ONE AREA OF OUR LIFE that often seems to present challenges is our “management” of time. Our ego can create a worry, which causes us to feel that there is not enough time in the day to accomplish all that we need to do. Or perhaps we allow ourselves to feel that we are so much busier than others that we know. We may impede our relationship with time by telling ourselves “I really want to do that, but I just do not have the time.”

I am not certain, but I do know that Reiki helped me fill that empty space in my heart. www.reikiclasses.com

It is our immune system’s “job” to help us avoid infections and disease. The immune system relies on a healthy supply of white blood cells. Stress, as well as lack of exercise and nutrients, can reduce or weaken our white blood cell count. We have choices regarding our level of exercise, and the foods we select, but it is more challenging to manage the stressors in our life.
The beautiful full moon is such an inspiration to me in so many ways. As I gazed at her luminous presence last evening, I was reminded of a great gift that Reiki has given me…the experience of Oneness.
Many years ago I heard someone say “we are one with everything”. During a daily, personal, Reiki meditation I thought, “Nice concept, but how can that actually be?” One thing I know for sure is, whenever I ask “How” while Reiki is flowing through me, I better pay attention, because I am about to be shown.
