| Scheduling information: Patients
are seen one-at-a-time, and on time.
New patient appointments are usually 1.5 to 2 hours long;
time spent entirely with the doctor.
Follow-up visits may run 30 to 45 minutes.
Patients are scheduled into pre-established slots on a first
come-first, first-serve basis. We do not overbook, so waiting
time at the office is usually kept to a minimum. This also
means that we cannot guarantee you an appointment on the exact
day and time you wish to be seen, though all efforts will
be made to accommodate urgent needs.
Owing to the length of free time that must be available for
a first visit, new patients appointments are usually scheduled
in advance. Please arrive about 15 minutes early for that
first visit to complete the necessary forms (or better yet
save time by downloading these at the link to the bottom and
pre-fill, or request in advance the forms).

FEES
The following fees are only general guidelines.
Total fee will depend on services rendered.
- First comprehensive detailed visit is 1 1/2 to 2 hours
and range from $190 - $275
- Follow-Up Visits, Problem focused, Well-baby, Infant are
1/2 -1 hour from $ 90 - $180
- Comprehensive School Physical [Physical, Hearing, Visual
Screening] $120
- Medical Guided Relaxation and Autogenic training first
intake and second session $350
- (A detoxification & autogenic training 3 week process)
UltraStop Smoking Package $375
- Hypnobirthing For Couples Classes(4-5) $450
Consultation Payment Policy
1. Due to the time and information intensive
nature of Dr. Carrasco's services, he does not accept
insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid and payment is due
in full at the time of service.
2. Dr. Carrasco accepts cash, credit,
or debit cards required at the time of service. He does
not bill.
3. Patients will receive a coded receipt
for each visit that can be submitted to their insurance
company for possible reimbursement. Any insurance issue
that may arise is between the patient and their insurance
company.
CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel
your appointment please contact Integrative Wellness
Associates at least a week in advance. Except for extenuating
circumstances, Patients will be charged the full consultation
fee for same day cancellations or "no show" appointments. |
